Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction at every stage of the project. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below:
1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds will only be issued for projects where a formal refund request has been communicated via text, call, or email.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the progress of the project and the amount of work completed up until the time of the request.
2. Refund Calculation Process
Website and App Design & Development
- For projects that have entered the research and planning phase, up to 25% of the total project cost is non-refundable to account for time spent on consultations, project analysis, and documentation.
- Once the design phase has commenced, the refund will be calculated based on the number of completed deliverables (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, UI/UX designs).
- For projects in the development phase, the refund will be proportional to the amount of development completed, as verified by project milestones and deliverables.
SEO Services
- SEO is a time-intensive process. Refunds for SEO services will be based on the number of months completed and the specific tasks achieved (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation, backlinking).
- No refunds will be issued for months already completed or tasks already performed.
Social Media Marketing
- For social media services, refunds will be calculated based on completed campaigns, created and published content, and ad spend.
- Any expenses incurred for third-party tools, ad credits, or resources are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Third-party software, tools, plugins, or subscriptions purchased for the project.
- Ad spend or other direct marketing expenses paid to third parties.
4. Conditions for Refund Denial
Refund requests may be denied under the following circumstances:
- The project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed terms.
- The refund request is made after 30 days of project completion or final deliverable submission.
5. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 15 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel the project, please inform us as soon as possible.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the phase of the project and the amount of work already completed.
